Fatal Beauty

I have never read anything by this author before and I think it is safe to say that I’m not actually sure whether I have ever read anything like it before.

Finding a description for the book is not easy, it was just like what have I just read??????

The book pushes all sorts of buttons, some of which I didn’t know I either wanted or needed to push.

I will say now that this book will not be for everyone, while it is seriously erotic, that isn’t all it has in its locker, it lies mired in the depths of society, it’s rife with violence, drugs and alcohol. The sex scenes that are depicted are graphic to say the least, so if you are at all unsure then I suggest to read a few more reviews and make your call from there, because this may be one you might want to let pass you by. It is not for those who are easily offended.

The story was complex but descriptive, in some instance it was too descriptive but I applaud the author for her determination to take these characters on a journey that they were so clearly adamant that they needed to take.

The creativity and clarity the author poured into the story was definitely not something I could have ever predicted. And it is not something that you could possible guess either, this is a book that needs to be read, carefully, characters and events take on a force of their own and clicking all the pieces together will take time to assimilate.

I finished needing a lie down in a dark room, my brain was well and truly fried – would I read another book by this author – yes probably but I need to work up the courage first.
