MOONLIGHT SCANDALS

by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Packed with drama, this was a fabulous addition to what has been an exceptional series.
Devlin wasn’t the easiest guy to get a handle on, he had emotional barriers that he used to his advantage but then again Rosie isn’t exactly ordinary, I mean she has a passion for hunting ghosts!!
With Rosie, Devlin has met someone who wasn’t willing to accept his attitude and was willing to give as good as she gets. And boy did that lead to some interesting times and more than a few laughs along the way.
As both the story and their relationship developed I think I fell a little more in love with the pair of them, they had an individuality about them that totally won me over, yes they did some things that I wasn’t entirely sure about but that didn’t mean that I didn’t understand, they were just being true to themselves and I applauded them for it.
There were more than a few twists and turns that were unsolicited, carefully crafted to ensure that I didn’t see them coming, although there was one in particular that, not only I didn’t see but I didn’t really completely understand…perhaps I wasn’t meant too.
Whilst I will say that the author delivered as only she can, I would have to say that at times I would have liked a little more oomph between Devlin and Rosie, I thought they were presented a little too cautiously at times when it came to their physicality…or perhaps I was just being too greedy.
