Porn Star by Laurelin Paige and Sierra Simone

Completely, totally and utterly brilliant…had enough superlatives yet or do you need some more because I think I could churn them out all day it I had too!

Now, it was no surprise from the blurb, as to what I was getting once I flipped over the first page, but what was a surprise was just how much I fell for the whole story.

If you are anything like me, Logan will completely steal the show.

He may live his life in the fabulous world that is the adult entertainment industry or just plain old Porn if you prefer but he is a really good guy. You might think that he would be a bit of an arrogant ass but he really wasn’t, I loved the fact that the authors gave him more than a healthy respect for women, and made sure to emphasise that no matter perception, Porn isn’t all about woman being used and exploited it is a profession like any other.

Devi, elected to enter the Porn industry, and she is fully supported by all those that love her in the decision that she made but that doesn’t mean that everyone understands her choices. But I loved the fact that she never backed down, she stood her ground and refused to allow anyone to undermine the decisions and push her buttons. She was more than capable of fighting her own corner.

I liked, and I mean really liked the fact that the authors took on the stereotypical perceptions and brought them screaming and kicking into the 21^st century.

They left no dirty secret unwashed and made sure that they story was more than lip service to an industry that no longer deserves to be the shunned as everyone’s illicit secrets pleasure.

I am loathed to give too much away because I really believe that if I do I would be doing you a huge disservice, this is one of those rare breed books, it needs to be read, you need to read it…please!
