Told from dual points of view this was a beautifully twisted read that left me aghast!
It had everything …there was nothing left in the tank, I shudder to think how mentally exhausted the author must have been when she finished writing it.
There were so many twists and turns that could quite easily have had whiplash, the suspense was through the roof, in as for the characterisation…well, it was simply sensational!
I can’t put into words exactly how magnificent this was but what I can say is that if you like your stories slightly on the darker side of edgy, with more action and attitude than you can probably handle, then this is the book for you.
Fabulous writing, with a flow and pace that encouraged and held my attention. I finished the book feeling wiped out, emotionally drained but thoroughly exhilarated.
