The Baller by Vi Keeland

Ok, I love Vi Keeland and this was singing the right tune all the way for me, but that isn’t to say that the song it selected was actually in tune because there were bits (and I will admit that they are only tiny little bits) where it started to lose me.

I liked Brody, he was as sexy as sin.

I loved the fact that he was a bit of a wise guy so to speak but listening to his POV certainly meant that I had a smile on my face. He was so sweet, with the kindest heart but his biggest asset in my eyes was his sense of humour, he was so funny.

Delilah, well let’s just say she and I didn’t get off to the best of starts and I’m not exactly sure why that is but she grew on me and by the time the author had thrown Willow and Indie into the storyline I was back with the program after that point I was reading like a demon and devouring the every word.

The story is fast and furious, it swings from being a complete giggle fest to being one that will have you feeling ever so slightly bereft.

It has a cast of characters that will entertain but the biggest asset to the book is the author herself, her characterisation was a work of art.
