The Long Way Home

by Jasinda Wilder

I am afraid to say that yet again Jasinda Wilder has battered down my defences and left me a broken mess in the corner.

I cuddled up on my chair to read this not really knowing what to expect but what I do know is that I didn’t expect the sensory onslaught that unfurled in front of my eyes.

I was swept away by a barrage of emotions that left me breathless. I emerged the other side of the book battered and bruised but eternally grateful for the talent that is Ms Wilder.

Please make sure you have a box of tissues by your side when you start this and another one in the cupboard…just in case!

You will both love and hate Christian and Ava as you journey with them on a life that is all consuming! Their loss was heartfelt and the emotions totally realistic, this is a journey that neither they or you would wish to be on but that once on it there is now way out.

Evocatively heart-breaking and stunning well written this is a story that will be talked about for a long time.

Superb
