A Cowboy for Christmas

by Celia Aaron

Oh, my lord, what is it about cowboys that just makes all common-sense fly straight out of the window!!

I am totally besotted although I must admit that I go through phases but reading this has just rekindled my enthusiasm and I am rocking the cowboy vibe just in time for the holiday season

Ingram was happy in his own space, a cowboy just doing his own thing, looking after his ranch and minding his own business, but all that fell into disarray when he found himself with a new neighbour…the sassy Molly Gale.

I liked Molly, but it was quickly evident that someone didn’t and that keeping her ranch was going to be far from easy and despite the fact that she seemed to believe that it was Ingram that was out to sabotage her success, she couldn’t be further from the truth. The only this he wanted from this stubborn woman was her!

I loved the bickering between the two of them, the fact that she seemed to like antagonising him, niggling away at him just because she could. Little did she know that his initial ambivalence was as a result of self-preservation.

But when push comes to shove, the person she has to rely on in the one man that she thought hated the sight of her. I enjoyed their banter, the mistaken suppositions and the mystery that the story brought to life.

Overall a delightful read that more than a few twists and turns to keep the story not only flowing but engaging.
