Swink

by Adriana Locke

I have decided that I definitely don’t read enough of Adriana Locke, I haven’t had a book of hers in my hand for a while and after getting a few chapters under my belt I was reminded of what I was missing, this is an author that knows her stuff and is more than able to keep me thoroughly entertained and Swink did just that and then some.

And I say that, because in this book she gave me the absolute epitome of what I want in a book boyfriend, she gave me Dom! (well I say me but I mean us really, I would love to keep him for myself but that would be just too darn mean, this is man that is simply meant to be shared!)

It was impossible not to fall head over heels with the man, he was so sweet, so grounded, so “proper” that loving him was never in doubt, I just didn’t realise that I was going to fall for him quite so quickly.

But the book wasn’t all about Dom, nope Ms Locke brought forward Camilla and gave her the platform she needed to show just how darn awesome she was. Camilla was a spitfire, she had survived being raised with four over protective brothers but was ready to flex some independence muscle and wasn’t shy about making her feelings known, she was ready to lead her own life now…the world had better look out.

With the Landry family liberally sprinkled throughout the story there is more than enough of the characters from this fabulous series to keep the most ardent fan happy and for newcomers to the work of the fabulous Adriana Locke…you have a lot of catching up to do!!!
