Told from dual POV, this was the story of Ambrosia and Charles.

Ambrosia (also known as Aubrey) was a widow who had been through more than most during the time that she had been married.  But now as she is starting over the last thing she is looking or is a new relationship… but life doesn’t always play fair and when she met Charles in the local pub, it was the start of what had the potential to be something more.

I had a feeling (so did Aubrey) that there was more to Chance than he was saying but would it be enough to derail what they could have?

Could they find a way to make it through the secrets?

Emotionally this was engaging and at times it was genuinely touching, a great read.
