I loved Ryan and Emily in the first book and now I have finished the duo, I can put my hand on my heart and say that that feeling has not changed they are both fabulously strong.
Emily has been through so much and Ryan, oh gosh give me a man like him and I will die a happy woman, he was a stalwart of a guy that was willing to fight for everything and everyone that he loves.
There were revelations abound, twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat and my heart in my mouth…one especially that had me flabbergasted…but I will leave that for you to discover for yourself.
There were occasions where I felt frustration, but moreover I felt an elation that this super couple were able to share their story with me and that I was able to spend quality time with them.
Fabulously well written, the duo has been the first books that I have read by this author, but I am a convert to her work, she has a wonderfully descriptive tone to her work that I adore.
