Little Boy Blue

Loved, Loved, Loved it!!!

I haven’t read any of the previous books in the series but I don’t think it made much of a difference because the author made sure that all the little details were here in this story, I missed nothing, it is safe to say that this is perfectly well equipped to be read as a standalone.

The story gets off to an epic start, the events had me hanging on every word and wondering just what I had gotten myself into. I think I can say that by the time my kindle was reading 10% I was absolutely hooked.

The events that unfolded made not only for uncomfortable reading but also played toward what can only said to be the grimmest of times for Helen, everything was beginning to get a little too close for comfort and that in turn was increasing the tensions that she not only put herself under but that those around her put on her professionally.

Mind you I have to say that I think I read the whole story with one eyes continually glancing around the room, nothing was straight forward, nothing was easy and the pressure continued to mount incessantly. But for Helen the answer was simple, she knew what she had to do and she was determined to get the job done, she had to find the sadist SOB and she had to do it now before things went from bad to worse…if there could be a worse in this case!

There are so many twists and turns that you will be worried about whiplash as you make your way through the story but this is one that you just have to see through to the end it is mesmerizing.
